You grew a human. Now let someone take care of you.

Traditional postpartum doula support for your healing, recovery, and integration.

The fourth trimester deserves more than just survival mode.

You've spent months preparing for birth. But what happens after — the exhaustion, the overwhelm, the deep physical and emotional work of becoming a parent — that's where most families find themselves without a map. You deserve to be held while you heal. To have warm food appear, laundry quietly done, and someone who simply knows what this season requires.

That's what a postpartum doula does.
And that's what I'm here for.

What families are saying

My husband and I are so thankful for Lindsay’s help and support during my labor. She made our experience 100-fold more positive. Lindsay’s kindness, professionalism, and expertise were second to none. We are so grateful! —Skye

Lindsay has supported over 100 families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season across Utah and Wasatch Counties.

Lindsay is a wonderful, wonderful doula. She is so supportive and knowledgeable about all things birth and babies and was a calming and helpful resource all throughout my first pregnancy…she helped me to feel empowered and strong. We love Lindsay as a person and a doula! —Ali

A whole-person approach, from someone who's been there

I'm Lindsay — postpartum doula, childbirth educator, yoga teacher, and sound healing practitioner. I've spent over a decade supporting families through the full arc of the childbearing year, including pregnancy after loss and the tender work of bereavement.

I believe the postpartum season is sacred — and wildly under-supported in our culture. My care draws from traditional postpartum practices across cultures: warming foods, herbal medicine, bodywork, rest, and community. It's not spa care. It's the kind of tending that helps you heal deeply, integrate fully, and step into parenthood from a place of strength rather than depletion.
