The first 40 days postpartum are an important part of integration, healing, and coming back to yourself after pregnancy and birth. Tending to your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs during this transition is vitally important. It is my honor to witness you on your journey

Package Includes:
1 90 minute prenatal visit (or postpartum, if you’ve already given birth) to discuss your anticipated needs, and create your postpartum support plan
Conversation about postpartum healing practices—belly binding, castor oil packs, warming foods, sitz baths, etc. to continue self-care outside of weekly visits
Postpartum planning guide to help you create your postpartum sanctuary
Text support for questions relating to your postpartum journey and processing
Herbal recovery kit, handmade by Lindsay
5 in-home visits, one session a week for 5 weeks, usually 2-4 hours each (information below)
PLUS, access to
Private Rewilding Birth Facebook group for community support and encouragement
Lending library of books related to postpartum and parenting
Access to client only content, including meditations, affirmations, yoga videos, and more

Each weekly session includes:
Preparation of an herbal sitz bath, foot soak, or vaginal steam
One nourishing meal for you (bone broths, nourishing soups/stews, congee, etc.), brought with me, or prepared inside your home
Optional services, may change from session to session
Rebozo Closing Ceremony—application of warming salve and womb care, rebozo alignment, rebozo binding
1:1 sound healing session for nervous system settling, relaxation, and integration
Postnatal yoga, focused on reconnecting to your core through gentle, low-impact movement
Guided meditation and breath work for birth integration
Preparation of postpartum herbal tea and time to chat about what’s present for you, and process through what you’re experiencing
Education, assistance, and resources for baby feeding and care, light housework, babywearing, pelvic floor health and healing, postnatal mood and anxiety disorders, scar healing, etc.
