Birth Support

Birth support availability is very limited. Returning clients receive priority

My ideal client

I love working with families who:

  • are aware of the emotional and philosophical aspects of birth, and are open to conversations around them—I have a lot of experience helping people who’ve experienced loss and other forms of trauma prepare for birth

  • are highly motivated, active participants in their birth—seeking out personal education and greater self-awareness

  • value collaborative, multidisciplinary care—having awareness around the value in a balance between medical and holistic care options

  • have defined intentions for their birth, AND hold space for the mysterious, unpredictable nature of birth

  • have chosen the midwifery model of care, or are high-risk and have very mindfully chosen an OB

I find so much value in beginning our work together early in pregnancy (first and second trimesters), as this gives us ample time to build a relationship of trust and mutual respect, gain clarity around desires and needs, and build effective plans of support.

While this is ideal, I understand it may not be possible for all families and am open to working with people later in pregnancy, too.

If you feel like a good match for Rewilding Birth, I warmly invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation.

sound healing utah birth support

Integral Sound Healing

Integral Sound Healing uses vibrations and sonic (sound) waves to bring the nervous system and subtle energy bodies into greater balance. It’s a holistic approach to healing—considering mind, body, soul, and spirit—drawing on ancient wisdom, modern scientific research, and intuitive guidance to facilitate healing.

These sessions are deeply relaxing, and promote greater integration of life experiences—even resulting in relief from pain, balancing of the nervous system, hormone balancing, improved sleep, decreased muscle tension, stress reduction, fear processing, and so much more!

Sessions can be done prenatally or postpartum. You choose whether to have a one-on-one session to address your unique and specific needs, or include your partner for a relaxing sound bath experience.

Private Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga

In these personalized sessions, you’ll find a beautiful opportunity to connect with your changing body and growing baby. Each yoga flow is mindfully designed by Lindsay to meet you where you are—whether you’re looking for ways to modify an existing practice, wanting a deeper connection with yourself and your baby, and/or looking to prepare your body for birth and postpartum recovery. You’ll experience a fine balance of strength and stability, with deeply restorative elements.

Postnatal yoga is perfect for the weeks immediately after having your baby, and when you feel ready for more movement. A low-impact practice focused on reconnecting with your deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor in a healthy, nutritious way. Safe even before 6 weeks postpartum.

Personal Mentoring

(2 Sessions)

Through her own experiences with loss and pregnancy after loss, Lindsay gained simple, powerful tools and insights for navigating these experiences from a place of mindfulness and peace. Lindsay’s trainings in meditation, trauma-informed care, and birth story processing allow her to hold space for the unique journey before those who’ve experienced loss, and provide compassionate guidance on grief processing, preparing for pregnancy after loss, birth planning, and more.

Lingering trauma from a previous birth experience, or childhood trauma can also be addressed during mentoring visits (not to replace talk therapy with a licensed therapist).

SESSIONS MAY INCLUDE: guided meditation, breath work, education, birth art processes, sound healing, mindfulness practices, and so much more!
