What is Integral Sound Healing?
Integral Sound Healing uses vibrations and sonic (sound) waves to bring the nervous system and subtle energy bodies into greater balance. It’s a holistic approach to healing—considering mind, body, soul, and spirit—drawing on ancient wisdom, modern scientific research, and intuitive guidance to facilitate healing.
Every cell in your body vibrates. And every cell has its optimal frequency. Physical, emotional, and spiritual events can take their toll on these optimal frequencies. As sound waves penetrate to the cellular level, each cell is brought back to equilibrium. This—in turn—leads the body to accelerate its natural healing abilities, creating potential for:

balancing of the nervous system

improved sleep
decreased muscle tension
stress reduction
gentle emotional processing

1:1 Sound Healing
$85-$115
Sliding Scale. Discount for bundling sessions. Working one-on-one to move energy and engage in healing specific to you. Each 60-minute session includes the use of several healing instruments—played on and off the body. Intuition and intention guide which instruments are used, and may include:
Tuning forks, weighted and unweighted
Tibetan Singing Bowls
Crystal Singing Bowls
Bell, shakers, and chimes
European Frame Drum
Gong
Vocal Toning

Private Group Sound Bath
$250+
60-minute session at the venue of your choosing for 2-10 people ($10/person over 10). The perfect addition to any celebration—birthing circles/mother’s blessings, bachelorette parties, ladies’ night in, date night, birthdays, etc. The possibilities are endless!
