4th Trimester

Perfect for the weeks immediately after having your baby. A low-impact practice focused on reconnecting with your deep abdominal muscles in a healthy, nutritious way. Safe before 6 weeks postpartum

Beyond Birth

Vinyasa yoga that flows—each movement linked with breath. Ideal for those at least 6 weeks postpartum (or whenever you get the “ok” from your medical provider to begin physical activity), and beyond
